Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This policy explains how PawHex (the “app”), made by PawHex Games, handles information. The short version: the app has no accounts, collects no personal information itself, and shows banner ads provided by Google.
Information the app collects
PawHex has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details. Your game progress (puzzles solved, pets collected, settings) is stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to a server run by us, and we don't run analytics.
Ads
The app shows banner ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use your device's advertising identifier, approximate (IP-based) location, ad interaction data and diagnostics. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
- In regions where it is required, the app shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before any ads are requested, and you can choose what to allow.
- On iPhone and iPad the app asks permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your answer any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If tracking is declined, ads are not personalised.
- Ads are limited to a Teen (13+) content rating.
Children
PawHex is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Sharing and selling data
We do not sell personal data, and we don't share data with anyone other than the ad provider described above.
Retention and deletion
Because the app stores nothing on a server, there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling the app removes the game data stored on your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
