Does my progress sync between devices?
No. Progress is stored on the device you play on, so a different device starts fresh.
How do I restore my progress?
Game data lives only on your device, so it does not carry over if you delete the app or move to a new device. Keep the app installed on your current device to keep your progress.
How do I turn off ad tracking?
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device and switch tracking off for PawHex. Ads will then not be personalised.
How do I report a bug?
Email pawhexgames@gmail.com and include your device model, your iOS version, and a short description of what happened (a screenshot helps).
How do I delete the game's data?
Delete the app from your device. The game stores nothing anywhere else.
